Adjacent topics (longevity biology, dermatology, regenerative medicine, aesthetic practice, ingestible science) are welcome. General wellness or off-topic discussion isn't, unless it has an outcome that is skin-related.

Skin longevity is a frontier field. Many of the topics worth discussing sit at the edge of what's known. The evidence is often partial, sometimes contested, occasionally absent. That's the point. Take ideas seriously, including the unproven ones. Interrogate them seriously too. Bring data when you have it, intuition when you don't, and say which is which. Disagreement is encouraged. Dismissal and disrespect isn't.
